​Kingsbury lab
The Kingsbury lab uses both basic and applied methods to improve conservation management
of imperiled species, primarily snakes, turtles, and other wetland fauna.
​
Niemiller lab
The Niemiller lab focuses on a broad array of ecological and evolutionary processes (from the genomic to ecosystem level),
with emphasis on the origin, maintenance, and conservation of subterranean animals and habitats.

Fitzpatrick lab
The Fitzpatrick lab focuses on the genetics and biogeography of speciation as well as the evolution of symbiosis,
with emphasis on the evolutionary and conservation implications of hybridization


Great Smoky Mountains Spring Wildflower Pilgrimage

Annual event with a variety of guided hikes for wildflowers, salamanders, and more.
I co-lead salamander hikes with John Byrd, Floyd Scott, Lindsey Hayter, and Todd Pierson

Educational summer camps for grades 3-12, ranging from herpetology to computer science to art.
